, Love4Life are taking part in the Big Give’s Christmas Challenge, with a goal of
raising £10,000 in just 1 week! These funds will provide wellbeing support and activities in the build up to
Christmas, empowering 150 disadvantaged girls in Leicester, North Leicestershire and Derby to know that
their worth is not determined by presents or how they celebrate. Donations to Love4Life will be
generously matched by The Monday Charitable Trust during the campaign, meaning your money can
support twice as many.
Lara Best, Community Fundraiser at Love4Life said: “This year we’re looking to raise a total of £10,000. To access the £5,000 that we have in the matching pot, we need to raise £5,000 in online donations. Halloween Netball Tournament-1st of November 2024A host of spooktacular teams played a brilliant netball tournament to raise money for us resulting in a grand total of £1480. Scared Shotless were the well deserved champions! The event was sponsored by Angel Communications, Altitude Marketing and The Venue Experts who helped us to pay for the court, goody bags as well as medals and trophies. | |
Leicester Curry Night-22nd of October 2024We had another amazing fundraiser at Chef and Spice and a huge amount was raised for Love4Life. This is always a popular event and the atmosphere is always a lovely one. Thank you to the more than 60 guests who joined us to raise £764. And another massive thank you too to Andrew Fahey Photography who was there photographing the event and Blaby Golf Club for donating our raffle prizes. |  |
Leicester Shoezone Quiz-19th September 2024Shoezone are big supporters of Love4Life and yet again lent us their fantastic space to host our Quiz. It was such a fun evening with a great turnout and a total amount raised of over £350. Well-done to our Love4Life Leicester team who won the coveted hamper prize! |  |
Rawlins Quiz Night-July 3rd 2024We hosted a Quiz Night and Raffle at Rawlins on Wednesday 3rd of July, raising £473 with 11 brilliant teams competing ! A massive thank you to Rawlins and congratulations to our worthy winners Universally Challenged! |  |
Cliff Lakes Bungee Jump-June 30th 2024On Sunday June 30th, we had eight brave volunteers who bungee jumped 165 feet to raise money for Love4Life. A very nervous group gathered by Cliff Lakes, wondering what they had let themselves in for. However, once the wait was over, they all courageously took the leap and loved it! Thank-you so much to Liv, Alisha and Matt from Centro Lounge and George, Gracie, Aleisha, Jordan, from Carnero Lounge and our own Kirsty from Love4Life. Tokio Marine Qudos Football Match-June 20th 2024
Tokio Marine HCC and Qdos Contractor held a charity football match on 20th June. There was a great turn out from both sides. Teams were 7 a side, and although Tokio Marine, scored the first goal Qdos came out the winners. There was an impressive raffle prize of a hamper to enjoy while watching the Euros. It was a fab afternoon and so great to meet people from both companies. We are really thank for their continued support. |  |
